At Lovingerie, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We proudly offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

1. Return Conditions & Hygiene Policy

You have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Strict Hygiene Rule: Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and adult products, and for strict health and hygiene reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, worn, washed, or used. All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

We do not charge any Restocking Fee for returns.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Our Fault): If you receive a damaged/defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will take full responsibility and bear the return shipping costs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
  • Personal Reasons / Buyer's Remorse (Customer's Fault): If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the product, you may return the unopened item within 60 days. In this scenario, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the courier service you choose.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without authorization. To start a return, you must contact our customer support team at service@lovingerie.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Order Cancellations

We generally process and dispatch orders within 1 to 5 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

  • If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (before shipping), we will issue a full refund.
  • If you request a cancellation after 24 hours of purchase (but before shipping), a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and initiate a return based on the "Personal Reasons" clause above.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days (depending on your card issuer/bank).

If you haven’t received a refund within these timeframes, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@lovingerie.com.
